Kerry Spina Yoga Teacher – Parent Educator – Counsellor/Coach.
Style of Kerry’s class
I take a wellbeing approach to yoga. I think of it as 3 core elements for the body and mind; to stretch, strengthen and relax. My classes are fluid with breath, strength, flexibility, and the balance of motion and stillness. The intentions for my yoga classes are to encourage you to explore your own inner wisdom and limits through bringing awareness to all parts of the body and mind. The mindfulness required in yoga is what inspires and supports me to living a healthy, whole-hearted and happy life. Classes are fun and challenging, but taught from a place of safety so that participants can ease into their own practice in their own time. With my shared love of music and yoga I am in my very own heaven on earth. I look forward to seeing you in class :).

Jasmine Healy-Pagan RYT, BEd
Style of Jasmine’s class
Yoga is an ancient system of self-study for those of us who wish to live life feeling balanced, vibrant and with peace. My love for Yoga began in 1997 when I was living and working in New York City. I believe that yoga finds us when we are ready to learn more deeply about ourselves. Our commitment to our yoga asana practice can change considerably from year to year. As our lives change, so can our yoga journey. Many people have told me how they once tried yoga and that they didn’t like it or that they just couldn’t do it. I too tried yoga many times before I found a style of yoga that suited my needs and then it was years before I started to understand how yoga is a complete system for living. Like our favourite tastes in a world full of variety, yoga also comes to us in a range of styles from a variety of teachers. When we find a yoga teacher that connects with our needs, it is then that our amazing yoga journey begins! . May you discover many connections to bring you inspiration, awareness and balance throughout the year. ~ namaste, Jasmine Healy-Pagan

Sonia Anear – Yoga Teacher, Coach, Reiki Master, Massage Therapist & Healer
Yoga and meditation for me are about taking time out for self-nourishment, and to stop reflect and check in with myself. It’s a time to stop from the busyness of life and check in, a time to grow, understand and heal.
Yoga can be utilised by anyone to stretch, strengthen and relax the body and mind. It doesn’t matter what your age or body type is or how flexible you are. Yoga connects the body and mind through the breath.
Passionate about health and wellbeing I initially trained and practices as a Chiropractor in a large multi-disciplinary practice in Sydney prior to starting a family.
After sporadic experiences of yoga with my mother as a child and through my uni days, it wasn’t until my life was completely out of balance that i really came to appreciate the true gifts of yoga and meditation. Yoga and meditation became my path to healing to now living a more balanced and centred life. I am passionate about sharing what I have learned along the journey to enable you to shine your own light bright.
Fred Beattie – Yoga Teacher, Thai Massage Therapist, Reiki Master and Intuitive Healer
Style of Fred’s Class
Fred’s classes are relaxed, fluid and fun. She loves to incorporate many different styles and aspects of yoga into each class.
Fred believes that yoga is for everyone and there is no need to be a pretzel or to even be able to touch your toes. Connecting with your breath and physical body is a powerful tool to becoming more flexible in your mind which will then transfer to your body.
Fred uses sound healing and massage at the end of her classes and devotes at least 20minutes to relaxation at the end of the practice.
“I love yoga – I love sharing it with people, I love doing it, living it, breathing it and practicing it. My teacher training was the most powerful self-development that I have ever done and I feel so blessed and honoured that I get to share this life-changing tool with people every day. Yoga, like life is what you make of it. If you want a purely physical practice than you will truly love the stretching and strengthening involved in the Asanas. If you are looking for something a little more spiritual than you might find that your practice on the mat will ripple out over your life and you will see how yoga really can be a lifestyle.” – Fred Beattie.
Fred began her yoga journey in 2008 after the birth of her daughter. Falling in love with the physical practice of yoga after her very first class she had a yearning to find out all she could about this ancient practice. Devouring every yoga book she could get her hands on and trying many different styles of yoga over the years she has developed a wide appreciation for all things yoga.
Fred is a Level 1 Adult yoga teacher (200 hours) with My Health Yoga. She has training in the Harmony Kids Yoga and Values program for children 5 years – 10yrs with Kerry Spina. Fred is a Thai Yoga Massage therapist, Reiki Master and intuitive healer. You will leave Fred’s classes feeling in tune with your body and deeply relaxed.
